I do not know the lady's name but she claimed to have 30 years experience cutting hair. I received the worst haircut I ever got it sports clips. I should have waited for Heather because she's done a great job of the last times I've been there but she wasn't listed as working today and I deeply regret it. The one that I did have again an older lady kept telling me about all her experience and when I told her to leave the hair alone and she kept asking what was wrong with it and I so it wouldn't Blended right she kept cutting and cutting
