"We asked the stylist to cut his hair very short so we won't have to style it every morning and she did the complete opposite. She was very persistent on leaving his hair long so she could push us to buy hair products. We paid $30 dollars for something we didn't want. Overall very bad service, they do not listen to what you want..."

"I am beyond pissed off with Natalie! She's a heavy set girl with a nose ring and she should not be cutting hair, she should be back in school because she has no idea what she is doing! My husband took my two year old in with the cutest platinum blonde curls and asked for a trim so that it wasn't going to touch his eyes. A trim constitutes 1/4-1/2 of hair at most; Natalie cut off 2-3 inches! That's not a trim, that is a haircut. My husband called afterwards and warned me that I was going to be pissed off as soon as I saw it, he was not wrong! My sons hair looks like it was clipper cut with a 1 guard, minus the guard. It's uneven, some spots are an inch long, other spots are 1/4 inch long. Natalie told my husband that she was removing weight ... are you kidding me?! On a two year old with baby curls?! It doesn't require movement and it definitely does not need weight cut out!!!! Curly hair does not always equal weight! And his hair is thin already! I have never seen anybody mess up hair this badly. My husband told me Natalie used clippers and a comb to trim it instead of scissors and a comb, eventually he told her to just stop. She attempted to bring the hair trimmer clippers out and he told her no way and that he was leaving. He told them that I would be pissed and that was no exaggeration. Another employee asked if they needed help and my husband told them there would be no more cutting and he left. She said sometimes it's easier when there is two. Two what?! "Hairdressers"?! It really only takes ONE good one. Natalie needs much more practice ... on a mannequin! This is sub-par and her secondary training is obvious. I wouldn't expect this out of anybody being a paid employee, not even out of somebody with a license. This is what I would expect out of a student that is doing their very first haircut, in school. Do not go here! You won't even get what you paid for, you'll get much less! Highly pissed!"

"Went home with uneven sideburns and the person cutting my hair spent 75% either insulting the shampoo I was using or shilling the shampoo that they sell. All that for a price that is ridiculously high. I will go to my normal place for sure. Cheaper for the same wash+cut. Pros: No wait Cons: Literally everything else."

"The wait wasn’t bad. My haircut was totally botched. Wanted the fade on the sides and Trim on the top and back. Left with no hair on the back and extremely in even on the sides and not lined up. I also was told I couldn’t get a refund after I got home and had it fixed by someone else at a different location. On that note the 6th street location would get a 7/5 in every aspect. They always kill it"

"Great place to get quick, fair, and excellent precision for a man's haircut. No matter where I go, i have experienced a 90-95% consistency haircut, which is pretty amazing considering I have been going 12 times a year and for at least 12-15 years and have visited about 3-4 locations in my area, including 2-3 when I was out of town. I also like that they can offer a razor haircut too."
